Alan sold his motorcycle last July and decided to buy a classic car, but wasn't sure what he wanted.  "I grew up a Chevrolet guy but have owned a few Fords so I'm not necessarily brand loyal.  I wanted a car that was unique and wasn't seen every day or there weren't hundreds of them in a car show plus I had to work within my budget".  Long story short he settled on a 1969 Cougar and then decided on a convertible, since that would make it more unique.

Alan looked in magazines and all over the internet and after about six months what seemed like just the right car popped up.  It was a pretty red 1969 standard convertible with PS, PB, AT, and even the power top worked just fine.  The car was in Iowa and he had it shipped to Texas and received it in September of 2007.  Looks just fine to us!
